It was very inpersonal with automatic check in and check out service The MOT passed but showed that one of the tyres has a nail in it!!! I'm now scared to drive it. If they rang me I could ask for a repair. I also didn't get the complementary wash ?

Not enough staff resulted in me waiting longer for my car to be returned to me. Toilets were not clean. Staff stood around chatting. My invoice wasn't ready although I did settle the bill. Despite chasing it repeatedly, it still hasn't been sent.

Without the problems caused by being presented with a faulty card reading machine when paying I could easily have given top marks .Having several different and perfectly good cards declined 5 times was no joke.
