A little bit more info regarding the handover, we had a problem getting the insurance policy sorted for our new car because it was not showing up on the DVLA web site, I think it should have been registered a bit earlier

I went to drop keys off at the mini service desk, nobody around, after about 15 mins i saw a gentleman and he said to drop them at the bmw desk as they were short staffed, that the staff we over there. The lady did help me to drop them in a locker.

Organisation of recall work was not planned properly in relation to age of car.No correspondance to that effect.made a wasted 1.5 hr round trip to pick car up only to be told it would take 2 days.Car health check fine complementary valet poor.

I dropped my Cooper S in first thing for brake tubing sound. I called back to collect it at the end of the day (25mins each way) to find out that car not started on and no-one called me to explain UNTIL I got there. I was very angry.
