Lack of contact whilst awaiting delviery - occasional delviery date updates would be useful. Mini paperwork aggravating and uncoordianted. What is with the dealer, and what is with mini centrally. Most unclear process

Overall a very positive experience. I booked my car in for 10am and when I arrived and checked in, I asked approximately how long it would be and was told that vehicles checked in before mine had all asked for a quick turnaround. Completion took 6hrs

MINI 'advised' me of the service my car needed, then when I dropped it off, they advised me it then needed a different service double the price. I feel they misinformed me of the service required and I did not receive what I had intended.

I asked the service manager Jason to change the battery as it showed battery flat sign on the car display and it was 8 years old. I also asked him to tell me if a battery cell had gone and more importantly if the alternator was charging the battery.
