Would have given 5 stars as Sales executive Jamie Buchanan was superb but the whole process was let down by delays in repayment of part exchange funds. A delay of almost two weeks was not what I expected. The process time needs attention.

Jordan always provides outstanding service. I raised with Jordan I spoke with the sales team, body shop to try and arrange a union jack being put on my son's car. Only Jordan helped me. he is excellent.

I was kept updated whilst my car was in the garage. Jamie from sales made sure I had a car during this period. Jordan was exceptionally helpful and made sure my car was 100% before I drove away. Both of these guys are a credit to the company.
