Overall service provided by James at Lookers was very good from initially placing order through to delivery. All queries throughout the process were dealt with in a timely manner and handover of vehicle was very thorough and slick.

Phoned up and there was a space on the day that I could get a lift to and from the mini centre. Reception lady was helpful on booking in. Jordan was helpful on questions that I had.

It was disappointing to find there was nowhere to park at the dealership when we arrived at 8.30am; I do not believe this to be unusual of late based on my previous visits in recent months. Very expensive service rates for a six year old car.
