Lack of contact whilst awaiting delviery - occasional delviery date updates would be useful. Mini paperwork aggravating and uncoordianted. What is with the dealer, and what is with mini centrally. Most unclear process

Would have given 5 stars as Sales executive Jamie Buchanan was superb but the whole process was let down by delays in repayment of part exchange funds. A delay of almost two weeks was not what I expected. The process time needs attention.

I asked the service manager Jason to change the battery as it showed battery flat sign on the car display and it was 8 years old. I also asked him to tell me if a battery cell had gone and more importantly if the alternator was charging the battery.
