The purchase was fine. The handover was appalling, basically asked what I would like to know. I asked if the car could be locked other than walking away from it and I was told no. Everything I have learnt about my mini I have learnt online.

I wasn't happy with the advisor on the phone when booking who told me it would be £35 for a courtesy car. I'd not paid for a courtesy car when my Mini went in previously and not been informed of this 'new' charge.

Due to a charging failure at home, turned up with only 6 miles on clock. Following MOT, car was not only clean but charged to allow me to ge home, and then charge at home. Gentleman (sorry forgot his name) on front desk at Mini was very helpful.
