The whole transaction was very smooth from start to finish and I was made to feel like a valued customer. My sales operative, Jayden, was very enthusiastic, efficient, and polite. In addition, my car arrived earlier than expected so I was very happy!

I asked the service manager Jason to change the battery as it showed battery flat sign on the car display and it was 8 years old. I also asked him to tell me if a battery cell had gone and more importantly if the alternator was charging the battery.

Lack of contact whilst awaiting delviery - occasional delviery date updates would be useful. Mini paperwork aggravating and uncoordianted. What is with the dealer, and what is with mini centrally. Most unclear process
