It was very inpersonal with automatic check in and check out service The MOT passed but showed that one of the tyres has a nail in it!!! I'm now scared to drive it. If they rang me I could ask for a repair. I also didn't get the complementary wash ?

Excellent service as always at the centre for my service. However I would comment that the contact prior to the service is overkill. Numerous emails, texts, phone calls all for the same thing is not necessary.

Not enough staff resulted in me waiting longer for my car to be returned to me. Toilets were not clean. Staff stood around chatting. My invoice wasn't ready although I did settle the bill. Despite chasing it repeatedly, it still hasn't been sent.

Phoned up and there was a space on the day that I could get a lift to and from the mini centre. Reception lady was helpful on booking in. Jordan was helpful on questions that I had.

It was disappointing to find there was nowhere to park at the dealership when we arrived at 8.30am; I do not believe this to be unusual of late based on my previous visits in recent months. Very expensive service rates for a six year old car.

Due to a charging failure at home, turned up with only 6 miles on clock. Following MOT, car was not only clean but charged to allow me to ge home, and then charge at home. Gentleman (sorry forgot his name) on front desk at Mini was very helpful.

I wasn't happy with the advisor on the phone when booking who told me it would be £35 for a courtesy car. I'd not paid for a courtesy car when my Mini went in previously and not been informed of this 'new' charge.
