The purchase was fine. The handover was appalling, basically asked what I would like to know. I asked if the car could be locked other than walking away from it and I was told no. Everything I have learnt about my mini I have learnt online.

I wouldn't know how good the service was, that's taken on trust. But the booking experience needs re-evaluation I was asked to book online then someone rang to tell me I'd done it. And then yesterday I had another call to tell me that I need it again
